Founder's Bio
Brian Oter is an electrical engineering student at Makerere University with a focus on renewable energy systems. Coming from a rural community in Northern Uganda, Brian experienced firsthand the challenges of unreliable energy access. He combines his technical expertise with deep understanding of rural energy needs to build practical solutions that can scale across East Africa.
